No, just come down to any of our classes and give them a go.
Not a problem, we love beginners and our classes are suitable for everyone regardless of skill and fitness level.
Bring clothing that you would go to the gym in and if you have boxing gloves please bring them but no worries if you don’t as we have spares for beginners to borrow.
We love Muay Thai and kickboxing for fitness and keeping strong and fit. In fact 80% of our members only train for fitness purposes and do not fight or spar - with upto 800 calories being burnt per class their is no better way to reach your fitness goals.
