Chris “Cobra” Eades

Trainer

Chris is an accomplished Kyokushin Karate and Muay Thai Kickboxing Practitioner. His experience as a fighter shines through his work as a trainer. Chris has won Professional WMC, WKBF, IKBF and Aotearoa Muay Thai titles and is the number one APEX contender. He has fought internationally including King In The Ring 8 Man Tournament and is regarded as one of NZ’s most underrated Nak Muay.

Not at all. You’ll find that our classes are suitable for absolute beginners are the perfect way to build up your overall fitness level regardless of your physical condition.
If you would like to watch a class before trying it out, feel free to come on down during our opening hours.
No, simply come along to any of our classes and give them a go.
Not a problem, we love beginners and our general classes are suitable for everyone no matter what skill level or fitness level.
Bring clothing that you would wear to a gym, and boxing gloves if you have some, however if not we have spares for beginners to borrow.
We love Muaythai and kickboxing for fitness and keeping strong and fit. In fact 80% of our members only train for fitness and do not fight or spar – with upto 800 calories being burnt per class there is no better way to reach your fitness goals.
